The challenge
We’re starting from scratch. With a passionate team of three, we are building an entirely new energy system that empowers people to manage energy with ease. Our product vision involves connecting traditional AC systems with modern DC solutions, enable seamless energy sharing, and smart charging of homes and industry.
The challenge lies in translating this technology into a product that is scalable and resonates with users through intuitive design and powerful aesthetics.

Your mission
Our mission to you is clear - take our vision and turn it into a real product that is scalable, looks great and user-friendly.
You'll lead the design of Starflow’s energy solutions, ensuring that they not only function seamlessly but connect with people on a personal level, and thus cementing Starflow's position as a leader in the energy landscape.
What you will be in charge of

From initial sketches to final production, you’ll own every element of the product, ensuring it’s tested, refined, and perfected for the real world.

Rapid prototyping and testing will be essential as you refine the product, collaborating closely with engineers to balance technical constraints and creative possibilities.

Your experience with materials will ensure designs are scalable for mass production while balancing sustainability and quality.

You’ll make sure the technology is intuitive and user-friendly, creating seamless interactions that make advanced systems feel simple.

You’ll influence everything from product design to marketing materials, ensuring that our core values - boldness, integrity, and truth - shine through.

This meeting is all about getting to know each other, answering any questions you may have, setting clear expectations for both sides, and finding out what’s important to you in a job.

Now it’s time to meet the team behind the vision. You’ll get a feel for the people, culture, and how we work. We’ll dive into your motivations and experience and see how they fit with what we’re building.
A fixed part of the meeting will be dedicated to you interviewing Starflow. This means that you will get to set the agenda for this part, ask the questions and get the opportunity to dig deep into any aspects of the role, team, or company that you want to know more about.
We encourage you to be thorough and ask challenging questions. Our goal is to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about joining Starflow.
