The Energy Hub

  • We hope our platform will bridge the gap between old and new energy systems, making it modular, scalable, and easier for people to invest in solar panels, batteries, and EV chargers. This is the beginning of a more digitised energy system, built for the 21st century

You’ll take ownership of

  • You’ll design Starflow’s foundational delivery pipeline from scratch, creating a scalable, adaptable process with clear metrics for efficiency and quality, including contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.

  • You’ll take full responsibility for an audit-ready technical file for the Energy Hub, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards and aligns with industry best practices. Be the point of contact and handle all interaction with various test houses.

  • You’ll act as a key support figure aligning cross-functional teams and external stakeholders with delivery objectives, hold team members accountable, and cultivate a “service-oriented” approach that allows engineers to focus on their tasks.

  • You’ll proactively manage project timelines, assess and mitigate risks, and create prioritization guidelines in ambiguous situations to keep everything on schedule.

  • You’ll assist across different project scopes as needed, whether its supporting battery module testing, purchase of components, regulatory applications, or other tasks essential to Starflow’s growth.

  • You know how to build structure that supports people and keeps projects on track without slowing the team down. The recruitment journey

  • Now it’s time to meet the team behind the vision. You’ll get a feel for the people, culture, and how we work. We’ll dive into your motivations and experience and see how they fit with what we’re building.

    A fixed part will be dedicated to you interviewing Starflow. This means that you will get to set the agenda, ask the questions and get the opportunity to dig deep into any aspects of the role, team, or company that you want to know more about.
