We’re in the early stages of an ambitious mission: transforming how people interact with energy.
The first step? Bringing our revolutionary Energy Hub and battery modules from concept to reality.
But here’s the twist: we’re doing this from scratch, and with no established delivery process, the team is missing that structured pathway to ensure an efficient, compliant, and flexible journey from development to launch.
And hopefully thats where you come in.

Your mission
Your mission will be to take the reins - bringing precision, people-centered focus and an agile mindset to guide our energy system products from concept to market.
The result?
A delivery process that not only brings our products to life but also sets a benchmark for excellence, provides the engineers with all they need to excel and supports Starflow's mission and our vision of energy perfection.
The Energy Hub
The Energy Hub is the centerpiece of our mission to revolutionize energy management. It’s a smart, modular platform designed to seamlessly integrate solar panels, EV chargers, batteries, and home energy systems into one unified solution. Built to be flexible and scalable, the Energy Hub will optimizes energy flow, and give users greater control over how they produce, store, and consume energy.
And this is just the beginning - our platform will be designed to evolve with future technologies, making it a key player in the future of energy management.

You’ll take ownership of

You’ll design Starflow’s foundational delivery pipeline from scratch, creating a scalable, adaptable process with clear metrics for efficiency and quality, including contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.

You’ll take full responsibility for an audit-ready technical file for the Energy Hub, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards and aligns with industry best practices. Be the point of contact and handle all interaction with various test houses.

You’ll act as a key support figure aligning cross-functional teams and external stakeholders with delivery objectives, hold team members accountable, and cultivate a “service-oriented” approach that allows engineers to focus on their tasks.

You’ll proactively manage project timelines, assess and mitigate risks, and create prioritization guidelines in ambiguous situations to keep everything on schedule.

You’ll assist across different project scopes as needed, whether its supporting battery module testing, purchase of components, regulatory applications, or other tasks essential to Starflow’s growth.
