  • As a Data Engineer at Avito, you’ll be in the driver’s seat for our clients' digital transformation. Your mission will be to turn complex data challenges into clean, efficient pipelines and platforms that fuel insights and decisions. 

    Expect to:

    • Build scalable data architectures using tools like Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and DBT.
    • Design ETL pipelines and automate data workflows.
    • Optimize data for performance and maintain high quality across sources.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve real-world problems.
  • This isn’t a place where you’ll be stuck using outdated tools. We’re riding the wave of modern data engineering with:

    • Platforms: Snowflake, Azure, Microsoft Fabric
    • Data tools: DBT, TimeXtender, Airflow
    • Languages: Python, T-SQL, SQL
    • Reporting: Power BI, Tableau
  • We partner with clients in industries like oil & gas, subsea, agriculture, and finance. Recent and upcoming projects include:

  • As a Data Analyst at Avito, your role is all about transforming data into actionable insights. Day to day, you’ll:

    • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in tools like Power BI and Tableau.
    • Analyze complex data sets to provide strategic recommendations.
    • Collaborate with clients to identify key metrics and create data-driven solutions.
    • Automate data processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
    • Present your insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, making sure data tells a clear, impactful story.
  • You’ll work with a modern analytics stack that includes:

    • Visualization: Power BI, Tableau
    • Data Integration & automation: Power Platform, Python, SQL
  • You’ll take part in diverse, high-impact projects across industries such as oil & gas, subsea, agriculture, and finance. Your projects could include:

    • Building real-time dashboards for operational insights.
    • Automating reporting processes for large-scale data analysis.

      A brief introduction to our company, the role, and what you can expect moving forward.
    3. Second meeting with Avito Analytics (1 hour)
      A deeper dive into your experience and how it fits the role's responsibilities.
    4. Technical case & interview with Avito Analytics (1.5 hours)
      You’ll be presented with a relevant case to solve, giving us a chance to see your skills in action.
    5. Reference interview
      We’ll contact your references and also offer you the chance to speak with someone from our team about their experience.
    6. Offer and onboarding
      If all goes well, you’ll receive an offer to join us - and we’ll guide you through the onboarding process so you feel ready and excited to start!
